Swivel Apartments

Swivel is new construction apartments built upon an old vacant furniture store in the heart of Omaha. With its prime location and efficient studio layouts, we wanted to make this a bright and eclectic place where college students and young professionals would like to live. When unexpected mismatched blue siding was installed, I embraced the colors and incorporated them into the brand and interiors. The peace sign in the logo signifies the times and the culture we’re creating in the apartment community. How cool is it to have this prominent symbol on the corner of the busiest intersection in Omaha!
