As the creative director at J Development, I took on the opportunity to transform the real estate development company’s brand into something more meaningful and relative to the growing business. We wanted to show our personality behind the hard exterior. Unique to J Development, not only does the company develop, but it also manages its own properties and oversees the construction process. The co-owners who started the business value people and communities, and they do business with an honest and straightforward approach. It was a rewarding experience to breathe life into an industry that typically doesn’t have a lot of representation.
